Meet your Therapist

As a graduate of Florida State University and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience, my path in social work has been shaped by a deep passion for connection, advocacy, and helping others feel more understood in their experiences. I have always been drawn to the heart of social work: meeting people where they are, honoring their stories, and supporting growth in a way that feels both compassionate and meaningful.

Throughout my clinical journey, I have developed a strong passion for women’s mental health, especially supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet pressure of holding everything together. My experience also includes meaningful work with women veterans, which has deepened my understanding of resilience, identity, trauma, and the importance of creating a therapy space where women can feel safe, seen, and supported.

My clinical work is influenced by psychodynamic theory and somatic-based approaches. I value exploring how past experiences, emotions, relationships, and the body shape how we move through the world. In therapy, this creates space for deeper reflection, emotional awareness, nervous system support, and a stronger connection between the mind and body.

I also love working with adolescents because it allows me to support emotional growth early and help young people build tools they can carry into the future. There is something powerful about helping youth better understand themselves, their emotions, and their voice as they continue to grow.

Outside of Bloom & Harmony, I connect to the small things that bring me joy and grounding. In my free time, I enjoy building Legos, spending time with my cats, visiting family, traveling, prioritizing self-care, catching my favorite artists in concert and creating the perfect playlist for any mood. I am always searching for beauty in life’s chaos, especially in the form of a beautiful flower.
